Rewards and Recognition

Through features such as recognition types, jury awards, employee spotlight, and wall of fame, the module enables both structured and peer-to-peer recognition. Recognition Dashboard
The Recognition Dashboard is a central hub where employees can view and track all recognition-related activities across the organization.
Give Recognition
The Give Recognition module enables employees to appreciate and reward their peers using predefined and approved recognition templates.
My Recognitions
The Notifications module keeps users informed about all important updates related to recognition activities. It provides real-time alerts for received recognitions, reward redemptions, and other system updates, ensuring that users remain engaged and up to date.
Admin Console
The Admin Console is designed for administrators to configure and manage the recognition system. It includes functionalities such as setting up recognition types, managing awards, and maintaining features like Employee Spotlight and Wall of Fame. This ensures that the platform remains structured, customizable, and aligned with organizational goals.
The Leaderboard highlights top-performing and most recognized employees based on predefined criteria such as points or number of recognitions. This feature fosters healthy competition and motivates employees by showcasing achievements and encouraging continuous engagement.
Marketplace
The Marketplace allows users to redeem their accumulated reward points for various benefits, gifts, or vouchers. Users can explore available options and choose rewards that align with their preferences, making the recognition experience more tangible and rewarding.
My Rewards
The My Rewards module provides a detailed overview of all reward-related activities. Users can view their total earned points, track redeemed rewards, and access their redemption history. This ensures transparency and helps users effectively manage their rewards.
