EM - Remote Location

For this mobile phone is required and this records the remote location of the employees. Mostly, employees working in remote location need to be monitored through this menu.

This feature is for employees who are going for client visits or any other work-related purpose to somewhere outside the office premises. It allows these employees to have their work hours updated automatically, without the need for raising an attendance regularization request (AR) every time. For this, the particular location is defined using latitudes and longitudes, and also a certain radius is pre-defined around the location. If the employee is present at the location or within the radius, the work hours spent inside the office are automatically updated.
