Travel Request
To access the Travel module, the user has to login to Digital HRMS using the Login Page and then click on the Travel Module on the left panel, as shown below.

Once the user clicks on the Travel Module tab, they can see the tabs for Travel Request and Report, as seen in the screenshot below. The Travel Request tab is selected by default.

The Employee can view only “My Request”, but the Manager/HR can view “Team Requests” and “All Requests” as well.
Three Types of Requests Viewed in the Travel Request Tab
- My Requests- The new requests can be created and their status can be viewed here.
- Team Requests- The Manager of a team can create and manage requests on behalf of his team members.
- All Requests- The Admin/HR will be able to check all travel requests and approve or reject requests on behalf of managers and can add/edit expense limits.
- Advance Requests- The requests for advances on travel
