Bulk Asset Registration

If the admin HR wants they can register bulk asset registration together.

There is a Template, the user needs to Download the Template, and then enter the data in the format and save. Then upload the file. They need to upload an excel file with all the details for bulk upload.

If the user uploads file we have to click on validate button and system shows us which are valid and invalid records. So, whatever the invalid assets we have to resolve and update the sheet & again need to upload.

After all records are valid submit button will get enable & we are able to register those assets in bulk.

Bulk Asset Registration Update

The Bulk Asset Registration module continues to allow multiple asset registrations using an Excel template. With the recent enhancement, the newly introduced Updated By field is also included in the bulk upload template.

Functionality:

Enables bulk asset registration.
Supports asset tracking through the Updated By field.
