Candidate Referral

Here candidates can refer someone for a position.

The employees can refer to other candidates and get rewarded. They can add Preferred BU, Preferred Job Title etc. and then add name, email too before submitting.

The progress of the candidate details can be viewed in the side panel.

The progress -List of status are as follows:

Pending for Action – If no action is taken on referred Candidate.
In process – If candidate is in process of recruitment cycle.
Hired – If candidate is hired. When candidate joined.
Rejected – If candidate is Rejected at any point in recruitment cycle.
