My Details - Field Configuration
If the manager or any end user needs to activate or deactivate any field or hide or unhide, they will send request to the Admin or HR and it will be done in the backend. This Configuration changes are done here. Instead of doing changes individually, the Admin or HR can have rights to make the changes in this Configuration.

Some fields are Mandatory by default others can be set according to the user requirements. For Example, in Personal Details, the Family Details, Name, Surname etc. are mandatory, but some other specific fields can be added as per user requirements like Passport Details or Middle Name. Here, You can select the Organization, Select the Section you want to implement the configuration and set the Effective From the Calendar. These Configurations are already set in the Setup Masters.

The Admin can Filter the data according to the fields/columns. They can click on the View or Edit buttons as highlighted in the above screen. After the employee receives the reimbursement amount, the status of the request is labeled as Completed. The admin can See All Updates “ ” button as shown in the screenshot above.

All the details are visible here and the Admin can make changes like if it was mandatory before and they want it to be optional, they will click on No.
The details can be exported in Excel or PDF files by clicking the respective icons.
