EM - Geo-Tracking
This is for Managers and HRs to track the geo location of employees who are at client site. The HR can set the master for geo-tracking. select the employee from dropdown menu. Select Status- Active/Inactive, set the Tracking Interval (minutes). The Set-up is done in Admin Configuration- Customer Config- Setup Customer Config, we have to select Show Geo Tracking Report on Map on the basis of Trip ID or Entire Day.
Set the Tracking Mode- Auto/Manual.
In Auto mode the system will automatically track as per the setup.
In Manual mode, once the employee reaches the particular site, they will be prompted by popup to enable tracking.
Set the Tracking Type – As Per shift/ Custom.
In Custom type the HR sets up the tracking by entering the Start Time and the End Time of tracking; while in As Per Shift Type, system will start tracking the employee as per the shift set of the employee automatically.

Once the geo-tracking setup is done by the HR, the Manager of the employee and the HR can view the geo-tracking reports when they want to view. The path to view the report is Leave & Attendance> Geo Tracking Reports.
Unique Trip IDs are assigned to each login records in remote location and details can be viewed by clicking each Trip ID.
