Claim Locum

To access this tab, the user needs to give permission from access right management page as shown below in the image

 

The claim Locum page is majorly used for an alternate resource to provide the service in place of the original person as shown in the image below. For instance, this feature is mostly used in the hospitals incase if any doctor is on leave, then the other duty doctor or someone else will give the service on behalf of that doctor. For this reason, they will need to raise the locum. And after, if the user wants to add a locum for the vacant post, then it won’t allow to add it as the locum is already created for one user. The vacant post feature is used for few vacant posts in hospitals like if there are no duty doctors available for that post so some other duty doctor can perform against that vacant post for which the locum will be created. The calculations can be done manually. 

There is one more option called as split. Like if two doctors can work against one doctor that time, they can apply split option, and it gives options for against whom the doctor wants to split the duty as shown in the image below. Both Split with and emplyoee will have the same number that will be displayed.
