Additional Components

There are various other additional components which are variable they need to be addressed here.

 

There are additional components for 

The user needs to fill the appraisal types based on types of forms 

 

Add the details like selecting the Select Assessment Cycle Name, Component Name, Component Type, and Component Type(Option Button, Check Box, Txt Box or Free Text), Number of Choices to be given, Editable To (Employee/Manager/Both), Enable Training Recommendation, Evidence Required or not and Submit.

Previously added Additional Components are displayed in List of Additional Components. The list can be exported in Excel, PDF or Word format by clicking respective icons.

Similarly, the user needs to fill the additional components for Goal setting here.

 

Fill in the Select Goal Period Name, Period Start Date, Period End Date, and Active Till Date. Review Level, Goal Template, and Frequency Type (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Yearly) Level Name, From Active Date, Form Submission Date (Employee, Functional Manager, BU Head, Review Manager) and Submit.
