Setup & Configure Change Tracker

On the Setup & Configure Change Tracker page, all the changes made in the setup and configuration of Digital HRMS are visible.

To access the Recruitment Management tab, the user needs to click on the Admin Configuration tab and then click on the Setup & Config Change Tracker tab, as highlighted in the screenshot below.


To expand a request, Admin needs to click on the arrow against each request, as highlighted in the screenshot below.


As the Admin clicks on the arrow, the details are displayed, as shown below.


Also, to cancel a request, the Admin Approver needs to check the box against each request and click on the Cancel Request button, as highlighted in the screenshot below.


If there are more than one Admin Approver, then the request raised by one Admin Approver cannot be approved by himself but only by the other remaining Admin Approvers. In that scenario, the Admin Approvers need to click on Pending Admin Approvals to view the pending approvals, as highlighted in the screenshot below.


To approve, the Admin Approver needs to click on the checkbox and then on the Approve button, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
