Reimbursement Requests
The Accounts Manager gets to view all approved requests from all the teams in the organization under Reimbursement Requests, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

Note: This Reimbursement Request Tab is only visible to the Accounts Manager.
The Accounts Manager also needs to select the organization from the Select Organization drop-down list as shown below.

The Accounts Manager can view the details of each request by clicking on View next to each request, as highlighted in the screenshot above.
On clicking on the View button, the Accounts Manager can view the details of the request after viewing the details of the request. The approved requests will be shown by the

” icon, whereas the rejected requests will be shown by the “
” icon.



Once, the user clicks the Confirm Payment, the pop-up for confirmation appears as shown below.

After the employee receives the reimbursement amount, the status of the request is labeled as Completed. It will be also seen in the “See All Updates” button as shown in the screenshot above.
