Home Page Setup
The Home Page Setup can be used by the Admin to define the Quick Links to be included in the Home Page of Digital HRMS. To access the Home Page Setup page, the user needs to click on the Admin Configuration tab and then click on the Home Page Setup tab, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

On the Email Template Builder page, the Admin needs to enter the Name of the Quick Link, the Description, Category, upload an Image, check the box against Enable Home Page Link, then click on the Submit button to save details or the Reset button to reset the values entered. This is highlighted in the screenshot below.

- Home page Setup consists of following fields:
- Name – Self Explanatory
- Description – Self Explanatory
- Category – Attachment or URL
- Image Source - Upload Image of Type (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif only)
- Enable Home Page Link – Checkbox to enable or disable the Attachment/URL
- Attachment/URL - Upload Image of Type (pdf, doc, docx, xls.xlsx only)
- Uploaded attachment/URL are displayed at Home page of HRMS application for all Employees.
