EM - Initiation

For onboarding any candidate, the HR needs to initiate the pre-onboarding before it. Once the candidate has accepted the offer the pre-onboarding is initiated. We can initiate candidate processed from Recruitment module or without recruitment process we can add candidate.
Pre-onboarding configuration needs to be added from the Admin Config. All details if previously selected fields from the pre-onboarding configuration. The templates will be created there previously to be visible here, in Configuration Template of Initiation. The Templates can be created as per the designation.
 

The user can select the candidate, for pre-onboarding from the drop-down, once selected the email goes to the candidate as per the Configuration Template selected, for all the data He/She needs to fill-up. In that mail, they receive URL, User Name and Password. User Name is based on the Authentication Details selected in the Initiation tab from the drop down, like PAN card, ADHAR no., DL No., Passport No. etc.
The candidate must add all the data. Then it will go to the HR for review in the Review tab.
