Resume Bank

The candidates from other jobs or previous positions are stored in the form of Resume Bank, for the recruiters’ future requirements.  In Resume bank all sourced candidate history is available. From Resume bank we can tag candidate to multiple RRS. We can view candidate processing history onclick of candidate status hyperlink. It will open popup attached to right corner in that we can view RRS wise candidate processing history.

 

The columns can be grouped together by dragging the column header as shown in the below screen or a Filter can be used to filter the data in the grid, or can be exported in the form of Excel or PDF format by clicking on the respective icons as shown below. It can also be saved or reset by clicking on the respective icons. The various status of the candidate can be viewed in Candidate Status column, such as Sourced, Hiring Approved etc.
