Timesheet Status

The Timesheet Status tab allows the Employee to search for Timesheets on the basis of the status, for a defined period of time.

 
The user (all employees) can view status timesheets of particular project by clicking From and To dates and Organization and click the search button.

 
The user needs to start by defining the From and To dates, select the Client or select the Project and the Status (Approved/Open/Rejected/Sent for Approval/Submitted) from the drop-down menu and then click on the Search icon. The Refresh icon can be used to reset the data. Once the user clicks on the Search icon, the report is generated on the grid.

If the status of a Timesheet is Open, the user can submit it in one click by selecting the Checkbox for that row and then clicking on the Submit button.

There is the provision to export the data on the grid to a spreadsheet by clicking on the MS-Excel icon.

There is also the provision to save the grid, add/remove columns or refresh the data, by clicking on the Save icon, Column icon or the Refresh icon.
