Attendance Summary

This tab is visible to the admins and managers, depending on the permissions given to them in the Admin Set up. After clicking Attendance Summary, below screen is displayed. Here Managers/HR can select the organization and the date range to search all the attendance details of that period as shown in the screenshot below.

 

Once the “Search” button is clicked the following screen will be displayed.

 
You can also export to excel format or select particular columns to display and save that set up for future as highlighted in top right. The page size can be selected to be 5, 10, 20 or 50 and the Total Records are displayed at the corner as highlighted in the screen above.
