Goal Setting

The Goal setting is divided in 2 parts
  • Self Goal Setting
  • Team Goal Setting


2.4.1. Self Goal Setting

We need to create goal settings for each employees.
It has 3 sections
  • Submitted Goal Setting
  • Pending Goal Setting 
  • Pending Acknowledgement of Goal Setting

2.4.1.1. Submitted Goal Setting
The already submitted goal setting are displayed here
 

2.4.1.2. Pending Goal Setting 
All the pending goal settings for the employee are displayed here.

 
Employee Defines Goals or Selects Goals from Goal Dictionary.

 
The employee can Add Goal Definition by clicking the button.

 
Fill the Form Mapping by filling up Section Name, Goal Category Name, Goal Definition and Weightage. Under the Action Column there is a save option, add option and delete option to add new goals. Then click save and submit. 

2.4.1.3. Pending Acknowledgment of Goal Setting
The Goal setting set by the managers needs to be acknowledged by the employee. The Pending Acknowledge of Goal Setting will be displayed here, so the employee can take action.
 

After clicking the particular Goal setting of the employee, the following section will be displayed for Accept or Decline.

 
2.4.2. Team Goal Setting
The goal setting of team can be done here.
 

Select an employee by name or emp no. Once the manager selects the employee, they can approve reject the goal set by the employee.
 

The Manager (L1 and L2) can modify the goals and accept or reject goals of the employee. If the manager rejects the goals the employee needs to re submit the goal setting.
