Q1. From where I can add the Training Type?
Ans. - Training types are system added fields, there is not an option to add these fields from UI.

Q2. From where I can add the Training Topic, Skills, Training Category  & Product?
Ans. - Using this path to add this fields. Admin Config >> Training Option Setup >> Manage Reference Data (Reference Type)

Q3. If I selected Repetitive Training while creating training where it will be impact this selection?
Ans. - If I selected this option, these training will be visible under repetitive training  on training home page. This option is only applicable for Online & Quiz Training.

Q4. What if I selected Allowed Reattempts to 2 while creating the training, where & how it will be impacted?
Ans. - This will be applicable to post assessment training only, if I select post assessment yes with 2 reattempts then the employees will be able to give the test twice if they get failed in their first attempt.

Q6. What is the function of "Experience in Month" Field, while creating any type of training?
Ans. - Eg. If you entered 2 years here, then while you are going to assign this training to any participate after publishing, under assigned participate filed you get the list of employee as suggention to assign this training. 

Q7. What is the purpose of target group?
Ans. - Please clarify this from Sham / Kranti

Q8. How feedback window work?
Ans. - If feedback window is set to yes, then this feedback window will be open to both participate and trainer. Before publishing the training admin needs to assign the feedback question for both trainer and participate feedback under manager assessment tab.

Q9. What is repetitive Training tab on LMS home page?
Ans. - While creating training if admin select repetitive training as "Yes" then that training will be shown under this tab.

Q10. What is pending approval tab on LMS homepage?
Ans. - If an employee is enrolled for Classroom type of training, then the approval request will display to the manager under this tab.

Q11. What is Adhoc Training?
Ans. - The adhoc training option is mainly given for Manager, if manager wants to plan a training for his team, he will request the trainin under this tab. Once he creates the training this request will go tho admin, which will be  visible under the "Training Request" tab on LMS home page.

Q12. What is the purpose of Training Request Tab on LMS home page?
Ans. - If any manager requests a training through "Adhoc Training", that request will display to admin under "Training Request" tab.

Q13. What is External Training?
Ans. - If Admin can not organize any specific training internally then Admin uses this tab to inform the employee to use external options such as Udemy / Pluralsight / YouTube / Webinar etc. to complete the training requirement. Employee can upload the training certificate / screenshot as an evidence of completion. Which goes to the Admin for validation and approval. Once approved then the hours are adjusted against the annual training hours goal.

Q14. Can we add PDF presentation along with the video content while creating online training?
Ans. - Yes we can add PDF data along with video content.

Q15. What is Miscellaneous Training tab on LMS homepage?
Ans. - If an employee has enrolled or completed any training which is not done through LMS and admin wants to log the training hours should be added against that employee which will be calculated in Training goal. 

Q16. If training enrollment is enabled for classroom training, can we assign it to specific employees?
Ans. - Yes we can

Q17. Training is created, however the publish button is not visible under manage training?
Ans. - While creating training, if you have selected Post or Pre-Assessment or Feedback window as yes, then you need to add the question against that assessment, once you map all the questions agaisnt those assessment then publish button will be visible.

Q18. How to publish the training?
Ans. - Once you created the training, come to manage training tab >> click on hamburger icon on the top right of the page, under this there will be an option as Publish. If  have selected Post or Pre-Assessment or Feedback window as yes, then you need to add the question against that assessment, once you map all the questions against those assessment then publish button will be visible.

Q19. How does the ""Pre-Assessment and Post-Assessment Complete Before Days"" setting function? 
Ans. - The "Pre-Assessment and Post-Assessment Complete Before Days" setting determines the specific timeframes within which employees must complete their assessments relative to the training date. Specifically, it requires employees to complete the pre-assessment a defined number of days before the training start date, and the post-assessment within a certain number of days from the training end date. 

Q20. Is it possible to add multiple sessions to a classroom training?
Ans. - Yes, We can add multiple sessions for a single classroom training.

Q21. What will be the impact on the training if I select "Yes" for the enrollment window option?
Ans. - Enabling the enrollment window will allow all employees to enroll in the training independently, providing them with the opportunity to register for the training session on their own. If it’s a classroom training then it will go to the L1 manager for approval. For Online and Quiz enrollment is auto approved.

Q22. Can we include an online meeting link in the location field for a classroom training session?
Ans. - No, the location field should only include the name of the platform where the meeting will be conducted, such as Teams or Google Meet. The meeting link can be shared separately through email communication which is available beside location field.

Q23. Where should I track the attendance of the employee, who have completed the training?
Ans. - Admin and trainer can view the attendance details on training page, which can be exported to excel doc
Under advanced report you will get the data of the employee under attendance filed.

Q24. How to mark the attendance of the employee who have completed the classroom training?
Ans. - Once the classroom training is ends admin or trainer needs to mark the attendance using LMS >> Manage Training >> Click on the Training >> on this page below you will get the option as Mark Attendance. This data will be reflect in the report.

Q25. How attendance is marked in Online training?
Ans. - No need to mark the attendance manually. Once employee watches entire training content then his attendance will be mark as attended, until that his attendance status will be shown as not attended in the report.

Q26. If I have enabled the post or pre assessment for the training, so where is the option to give this assessment?
Ans. - Employee can give the assessment using this path. LMS >> My Training >> on the assigned training there will be a section on training card as post assessment & pre assessment, by clicking on this button employee will able to give the assessment. Note- Post assessment will be only visible if employee has completed watching all the video.

Q27. If employee has given same assessment thrice after getting failed in first 2 attempt, so where admin can see these answered question list?
Ans. - Under Pre/Post assessment report you will get the result of all 3 attempts along with the answered question list

Q28. How to see the pre- and post-evaluation report in details?
Ans. - LMS >> Reports >> Pre/Post Assessment

Q29. Where should I get the list of participate for online or classroom training?
Ans. - LMS >> Training >>  Manage Training >> Select Training >>Menu (Top Right) >> Participants

Q30. How to mark the training mandatory or non mandatory?
Ans. - While assigning the training to employee through assign participants you will see the option as Mandatory on that page, once you make it as " yes' so that particular training will be mandatory or vice versa.

Q31. If an employee fails post assessment, can we allow him to take the test again?
Ans. - Yes, if reattempt is selected while creating the training course.

Q32. Can we assign the training to BU?
Ans. - Yes we assign the training to BU.

Q33. Whenever we upload a video in online training we see a exclamation mark at the corner, What does this means?
Ans. - The exclamation mark indicates to select a thumbnail for the online training video content which you have uploaded. 

Q34. Is Training Evaluation Mandatory for any training type?
Ans. - No, Evaluation is not mandatory for any training type. This is a non mandatory option.

Q35. What does "Employees from PMS-TNI training" means in Evaluation Applicable For option?
Ans. - If that specific training topic is recommended while filling PMS form for 1 or more employees, the PMS-TNI evaluation will be applicable for only those not others who have completed the training.

Q36. Can we set the Evaluation Cooling Period as few months instead?
Ans. - Yes, we can set the evaluation cooling period for few months

Q37. What is the function of ""Evaluator Review Level"" in Evaluation?
Ans. - We can define how many numbers of evaluators will be there to review the evaluation form and will provide the rating and who will be the evaluators through ""Evaluator Review Level"" and ""Select Evaluators"".

Q38. Can we define rating scale for training evaluation?
Ans. - Yes, we can define the rating scale from training options setup >> Training Evaluation Setup >> Set Rating Scale.

Q39. We have set the cooling period for 5 days but after the training completion it's visible as "Evaluation Due Date Missed", Why?
Ans. - When we don't setup the Evaluation Duration, that time we can see the validation as "Evaluation Due Date Missed".

Q40. Can we add the evaluation form questions from master question bank?
Ans. - No, we cannot add questions for evaluation form through master question bank. We can define the question in the evaluation page by enabling the "Set Evaluation Parameter" we will see a "Add Question" button. From there we can define the question in real time.

Q41. What is the function of Training Evaluation?
Ans. - It is applicable for trainings for which the effectiveness is to be tracked after cooling period of few weeks or months. Admin can select the number and level of evaluators, duration, questions the employees would be rated on etc. The system sends the reminder to the evaluators on the date selected to provide ratings. Admin can view ratings / remarks for all, participants can view for themselves etc

Q42. Can we select any employee as an Evaluator instead of Functional and Reporting Manager?
Ans. - Yes, we can select any employee as an evaluator excluding the functional and reporting managers.

Q43. Can the cooling period be set to zero? If so, when will the evaluator receive the training evaluation form?
Ans. -  Yes, the cooling period can be set to zero. In this case, once the training is completed and attendance is marked, the training evaluation form will appear in the evaluator's queue on the same day.

Q45. In classroom training can we change the evaluation due date once we have submitted the evaluation page?
Ans. - No, the evaluation due date cannot be changed once the date is defined and submitted.

Q46. How back dated option works in classroom training?
Ans. - If client wants to create any classroom session which is done in past to make a record of that classroom training, so backdated option help them to do this.

Q47. Can we cancel published training?
Ans. - Yes we can cancel the classroom training before and even on training start date.

Q48. When post assessment questions will be viewed?
Ans. - For Online Training - Once the employee completes watching all the video. For Classroom - on training end date, once the attendance is marked. Note if employees is absent for classroom session - no post assessment and no feedback will be triggered for him / her.

Q49. How employee can fetch the report after completing the training and assessment?
Ans. - LMS>> Report >> My Training

Q50. Can we provide the admin permission to the individual employee whose role is not administrator?
Ans. - Yes we can give the permission to the individual employee. Admin Config >> Training Permission Setup >> (Search By) Employee.

Q51. What is the maximum number of quizzes that can be defined within a single quiz training session?
Ans. - A maximum of 10 quizzes can be defined within a single quiz training session.

Q52. Is the inclusion of training content mandatory for a quiz training session?
Ans. - Yes, the inclusion of video - training content is mandatory for a quiz training session.

Q53. What is the role of the "Threshold" setting in a quiz training session?
Ans. - The "Threshold" in quiz training refers to the time interval, defined after the video starts, at which the quiz will appear.

Q54. Can we add TNI Trainings drop down from Training options setup?
Ans. - No, from Manage TNI, we must first publish the TNI for employees. Once employees have submitted their training recommendations and the training has been created for the recommended topics, only then will the training name appear in the TNI Trainings list.

Q55. Can we create a classroom training for Present date?
Ans. - Yes, we have a option in classroom training "Is back dated". Enabling this option while creating classroom training system will allow us to choose current date for training scheduled date.

Q56. Can we enable "Is back dated" option for classroom training after creating the training?
Ans. - No, we cannot enable "Is back dated" option once we have created the classroom training.

Q57. After completing a classroom training session, can participants immediately proceed with the post-assessment?
Ans. - No, in classroom training, the trainer / Admin must first mark attendance for the participants. Only after the attendance is recorded will the participants have the option to complete the post-assessment.

Q58. Can we provide certificate for competition of the training to the participants?
Ans. - Yes, we have a feature where participants can download the certification after the completion of the training. 

Q59. Can we add the training completion certificate from our end?
Ans. - No, the client must provide the certificate format, and it needs to be configured from the backend.

Q60. As a trainer or admin, can we download the training completion certificate on behalf of the participants and share it with them?
Ans. - Currently, there is no option for trainers or admins to download the certificate on behalf of participants. Only participants can download their certificates after completing the training.
