Geo-Tracking Reports

This is for Managers and HRs to track the geo location of employees who are at client site. The HR can set the master for geo-tracking in the employee management Remote Location Menu Employee Management>Remote Location>Geo-Tracking. Select the Geo-Tracking tab. Then select the employee from dropdown menu, Select Status- Active/Inactive, set the Tracking Interval (minutes). 

Set the Tracking Mode- Auto/Manual. 

In Auto mode the system will automatically track as per the setup.

In Manual mode, once the employee reaches the particular site, they will be prompted by popup to enable tracking. 

Set the Tracking Type – As Per shift/ Custom. 
In Custom type the HR sets up the tracking by entering the Start Time and the End Time of tracking; while in As Per Shift Type, system will start tracking the employee as per the shift set of the employee automatically.
 

Once the geo-tracking setup is done by the HR, the Manager of the employee and the HR can view the geo-tracking reports when they want to view.
To view click on the Geo-Tracking Reports.
 

Add the From Date, To Date, Select the organization, Business Unit(s) and Select Employee and click the search icon.
 

The reports will be generated as per setup in employee management previously by HR. The reports will be at intervals set and the position of employee at that time. You can export the data in Excel format, or select certain columns to view them.
