Form Mapping

Once the forms are filled out they are mapped to the respective employees as per Designation/Employee Role/Business Unit.

Select the Assessment Cycle Name, Form Name, Mapping Type and Select Designation and Submit.

There are five types of forms to be mapped

Competency
Goal
KRA
KRA & Competency
Goal & Competency

The previously mapped list is displayed below in List of Form Mappings. The list can be exported in Excel, PDF or Word format by clicking respective icons.

Remove “Multiple Appraisal Cycles” and “Review Frequency” Configuration

The configurations for Multiple Appraisal Cycles and Review Frequency have been removed from the Performance Management settings.

Updated Behavior:

These options are now available by default in the Form Mapping page.
No separate configuration is required to enable them.

Note:
This simplifies form mapping by making appraisal types and review frequency directly accessible.
