Create Organization Structure

To create an organization structure, you must first log into HRMS by Admin login . Below is the procedure to create an organization structure.

1. Go to Admin Configuration tab, then to Organization Set up, and then click on Create Organization Structure, as highlighted in the screenshot below.


2. Organization structure will be created only after adding new organization details from the Add Organization tab.
3. To create organization structure, Admin needs to select name of the Organization. Right click on Organization Name to create organization structure. A list of options appears as Add New, Remove Item, Enable All Item and Disable Item, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
4. Click on the Add New button, fill the details and click on Update button.




5. Click on the organization structure name (e.g. CTLS) to view employee mapped under that particular structure, as indicated by the arrow in the screenshot below


**Note: This software also allows to create multiple organizations. You will only have access to this feature if you have signed up for it. Otherwise, you will only be allowed to create a single organization.
