Recruitment - Compensation

The Admin can Setup Compensation for various annexure structures (used in Offer letter) based on BU and Locations wise here.

 

The Salary formulas like the Fixed etc. are set up here in the Setup Compensation Structure. In List of components grid we can define components and its formulae used in annexure. In setup annexure page we are defining annexure structure by arranging components based on different location and Business Units wise.

 

And the types of Annexures for the Salary can be set in the Setup Annexure as shown in the above screen. These details can be used as per various Business Units and will be specific to that unit.
