EM - Offer Rolled Out

This is set up in absence of recruitment module.

Note: If client not opted recruitment module or they don’t want interview levels or shortlisting & instead they want basic details of candidate to create offer letter and share it for approval & candidate.



Just have to click the Add Candidate icon as pointed with arrow.
 

Add the First Name, Last Name, Address, Email, Designation, Reporting Time, Reporting Office Location, Expected Date of Joining, Annual CTC (in rupees), of the candidate. Additionally, PAN card and Adhar Card can also be added. The Template is selected which is previously set up in Admin Configuration- Recruitment Management- Document Builder. Here, Offer Letter Templates are created, which are visible in the Offer Rolled Out of Employee Management. 

Note: This Tab is for them who have not opted Recruitment Module

After downloading the template and filling up in the format, can be uploaded in Upload Document and also Upload Salary BreakUp file then if the Admin/HR clicks Save, it is added to the candidate list displayed below. The list can be exported in excel or PDF format or can be viewed as per selected columns.
On clicking on the particular candidate, the details will be displayed as below.
 

On clicking the View Offer Letter Link as highlighted above, the details of the offer letter can be viewed.

There is a workflow for Offered Rolled Out managed in Workflow Management. Direct Candidate Map Page is the workflow added for Workflow.
 

Then the Workflow needs to be defined in 2 levels.
 

After workflow is defined it can be viewed in the Offer Rolled Out Menu. 
Once the offer has been rolled out it is visible in the list.
 

Click the review button to send for review for both the 2 levels. 
 

Also, the offer can be edited by clicking the edit button.
 

Once the offer is approved, share with candidate by clicking share button.
