Booking a Conference Room

Once the Admin has made the necessary configurations for the module, the users can use the module to book conference rooms. Once the Admin has made the necessary configurations for the module, the users can use the module to book conference rooms. To book a conference room, the user needs to click on the My Bookings tab.

On this screen, there are 2 tabs that are as follows and are highlighted in the screenshot below.
  • My Bookings: Bookings made by the user
  • All Bookings: Bookings collectively made by all users in the organization.
