TM - Create Task

Employees will not be able to view this tab. 

The Managers can create tasks for the direct and indirect reportees.

 
The User needs to Add the Employee Name, Project, Activity, Est Hours (Estimated Hours), Est Start Date, Est End Date, Task Description (Multiline Description), Upload File: (File Supported: docx, xlsx, pdf, jpg, jpeg, png.) and then Save and Assign the task to the Employee.

Once saved following screen displayed.

 
The already assigned tasks are displayed below and can be filtered as per desired using various filters.

 
There is an Action column with various functionalities like “ ” icon to clone, “ ” icon to edit and “ ” to delete the selected task. The list of tasks assigned can also be exported in form of excel by clicking the “ ” icon. The data can be viewed as per selected columns by clicking the “ ” icon. 
After clicking “ ” icon to edit the below screen opens.

 
User can make changes and click Update to confirm the changes.
