Custom Labels

Add Labels to various competencies and Goals here. These are actually for companies who want to customize particular names for columns according to their norms. It will be changed in all the forms throughout the organization.

Put the Competency Name, Competency Definition, Define KRA and submit. Popup msg is displayed as shown below.

Configure Custom Labels for Performance Assessment

The Custom Labels page has been enhanced to allow administrators to rename labels used in the Goal Dictionary, in addition to the existing Competency and KRA labels.

Administrators can configure custom labels for:

Goal Name
Goal Definition
Goal Description
Competency Name
Competency Definition
KRA Name
KRA Definition
KRA Description

After saving the configuration, the updated labels are reflected throughout the Performance Management module, including:

Goal Dictionary
Competency Dictionary
KRA Dictionary
Grid headers
Exported Word and Excel documents

This enhancement allows organizations to use business-specific terminology across the Performance Assessment module.
