Conference Room Booking

The Conference Room Booking module of Digital HRMS is designed to make it possible for users to book conference room(s) by logging in. The Conference Room Booking module simplifies room reservations, allowing users to book, edit, or cancel meetings. Users can manage their bookings, check room availability, and receive notifications. The system ensures streamlined meeting organization across the company. In the admin config the admin sets up the various configurations for Conference Room Booking. The user has the option to book a conference room as well as view, edit or delete bookings. The Conference Room Booking module consists of the Admin Config menu, My Bookings menu and Master Data menu.

The Admin Config menu consists of following sections:
  1. Conference Room Booking Option Setup
  2. Conference Room Booking Permission Setup

The Master Data menu does not have sections.
 
My Bookings menu consists of following sections:
  1. My Booking
  2. All Booking
