ESS - Help Desk

On this page, the employee can raise a request any issues related to HRMS application or other HR topic like pay slip, salary related query, etc. The Employee can raise a Request or Complaint or Suggestion related to HR topics and Organization specific rules to improve further.

To raise a request, the employee needs to mention the Request For, Enter Details, attach a Support Document, and then click on the Submit button, as highlighted in the screenshot below. The Reset button can be used to refresh the data entered.

2.4.1. Help Desk -User Defined
Employee can submit the Help Desk Request by selecting the activity owner for every request. 

 
2.4.2. Help Desk -System Defined
Employee can submit the Help Desk Request.

Once the employee clicks on the Submit button, a flash message appears as shown below.

 
The request will now reflect in the Request Status grid, as highlighted in the screenshot below. To view history of the request, the employee needs to click on the Magnifying Glass icon, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
 

Once the user clicks on the Eye icon, a screen appears as shown below.
