The user can apply leave, AR and WFH request through Home Attendance Card as shown in the image below: When the user applies leave or AR or WFH he will be navigated to the leave page from where he can select the type of leave he is willing to apply. When the user tries to apply AR, the user will be taken to Multiple AR page. With the help of access right management tab under admin configuration the permissions can be given by the HR or admin to apply leave, AR or WFH. Some organizations do not have WFH, in this case only two options will be kept open for that particular organization like ‘Apply Leave’ & ‘Apply AR’.
When leave is already applied there will be no menu displayed on the Attendance Card. When the employee is present in the office, the attendance card will show the menu only as Apply AR.
Also, in some cases the attendance is freezed, in such cases the system will not allow to apply AR, apply leave, apply WFH as shown in the image below.

The attendance card will show if there is any holiday or week off on the calendar in the expanded view. Also, whatever shift is assigned, it will be displayed on the calendar as shown in the image below:
The leave page enables the employee to apply for leaves. The employee needs to select leave type by clicking on the respective row, each row mentioning a different leave type.
Once the employee has selected the leave type (the leave will be available to the employee as previously set by the admin), the different fields need to be filled in, which are From Date, To Date, Choose Half Day requests (if any), Leave Reason, On Leave Address (current/permanent/others), search employee to Assigned/Passed Work to, Support Document (if any), and Phone (Personal Mobile Number/Others), and click on the Apply button, as highlighted in the screenshot above. The Reset button can be used to refresh the data entered.
Leaves can be applied in hourly basis also.Whenever the user applies any leave, the HR-admin will reduce the leave from the employees leave balance and the remaining leaves will be shown in the pending leaves category.
Here the in the hourly leave option employee can Select Duration as Common Duration or Custom Duration.
In Custom Duration employee adds their own customized duration.

On the Common Duration, employee needs to Enter Duration in hours.
Once the employee clicks on the Apply button, a notification appears as shown in below figure.
**Note: If mandatory field is left blank, then validation message is shown.
Auto-Present Users – Backdated Leave Application
The system allows employees configured under Auto-Present attendance mode to apply for backdated leave requests. This ensures that leave balances are accurately adjusted even when attendance has been automatically marked as Present by the system.
Functionality
With this enhancement:
- Employees marked under Auto-Present can apply leave for previous dates.
- The leave request follows the standard approval workflow.
- Upon approval, the leave is deducted from the employee's leave balance as per the configured leave policy.
- The existence of an auto-generated Present attendance record does not prevent leave application.
Report Builder Enhancement
A new field “Is Auto Present (Y/N)” has been made available under:
Reports & Analytics > Report Builder > Employee Information > Employee Details

This field helps administrators identify employees who are configured under the Auto-Present attendance mechanism.
Benefits
- Allows leave regularization for employees using Auto-Present attendance.
- Eliminates restrictions on applying backdated leave due to system-generated Present records.
- Ensures accurate leave balance management.
- Provides visibility of Auto-Present employees through Report Builder reports.
Note: Even if attendance has been automatically marked as Present, the employee can submit a leave request for the same past date, and the leave balance will be processed according to the organization's leave approval and deduction rules.
Once the employee has applied for leave, it appears in the Leave Status grid, as shown in the screenshot below. This can be exported in form of Excel, pdf or word format. Also, when the employee applies comp off, then his worked-on date will be shown in the leave status grid as shown below: In the notification, the approval for comp off will be shown. The attendance data can be seen on the current date too.
This can be exported in form of Excel, pdf or word format.

Leave Without Pay (LOP) and Absent Day Segregation
The Admin can distinguish Leave Without Pay (LOP) and Absent Days in attendance summaries and reports through system configuration. This enhancement ensures accurate attendance tracking and payroll processing.
Functionality
The system records LOP and Absent Days separately based on the employee's attendance and leave status.
- If an employee applies for an approved Loss of Pay (LOP) leave, the count is displayed under Leave Without Pay.
- If an employee is absent without any approved leave application, the count is displayed under Absent Days.
- The attendance summary and reports reflect both values independently.
With this enhancement:
- Approved unpaid leave is recorded as Leave Without Pay (LOP).
- Unauthorized absence is recorded as Absent Days.
- Attendance data is presented more accurately.
- Payroll calculations are performed based on the correct attendance status.
Example
| Attendance Scenario | Displayed In |
| Employee applies approved LOP leave | Leave Without Pay (LOP) |
| Employee is absent without leave approval | Absent Days |
Note: LOP is counted only when an employee applies for a leave type configured as Loss of Pay. Employees who do not have an approved leave request for the absent period will continue to be counted under Absent Days.
The employee has the option to pullback the leave request, by clicking on the Pullback button, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

Once the Leave Pullback request is approved by the Manager(s), the leave is credited to the employee’s leave balance. The employee can take further action.
