PMS - Notifications
All the notifications regarding performance assessment can be viewed in this Menu
The Notifications can be regarding
- Pending Team Assessments
- Pending Self Assessment
- Pending Goal Setting-Self
- Pending Goal Setting-Team
- Pending Acknowledgement for Goal setting
- Pending Acknowledgement for Appraisal Assessment
Notifications can also be viewed from the Bell Icon
The user needs to click the particular notifications to take action on it and it will get directed to the Notifications Menu.
2.1.1. Pending Team Assessments
All the pending assessments from the team can be viewed here.
The pending assessments from your team will be visible here.
Click the Emp No. or the Emp Name to view details.
The Assessment History can be viewed of the employee by clicking it.
2.1.2. Pending Self-Assessment
All the pending assessments from the self can be viewed here. All the forms which are pending in own queue can be seen here
Similarly, click the Emp No. or the Emp Name to view details and the Assessment History can be viewed of the employee by clicking it.
2.1.3. Pending Goal Setting-Self
All the pending Goal settings for self can be viewed here.
Click the Emp No. or the Emp Name to view details and the Assessment History can be viewed of the employee by clicking it.

All the pending Goal settings from the team can be viewed here.
Click the Emp No. or the Emp Name to view details and the Assessment History can be viewed of the employee by clicking it.

Click the Emp No. or the Emp Name to view details.
Accept or Decline it to Acknowledge the Goal Setting set for Employee.
