Manage Reports

In already created reports if the Admin user wants to edit or update then they can do it in Manage Reports Menu. The Report Name, Report Section, Report Category Description, Pause/Resume Auto Send Report, Next Run Date and Edit Columns are displayed. The Next Run Date is the date on which  the scheduler need to run so that again the report will be send to the users.

 
Here, the user (Employee, Manager, Administrator, CEO, Managing Director, Recruiter, Recruitmentadmin, Travel Desk Manager or Travel Desk Team) can update or edit the reports. The user can also delete reports by selecting the Reports and clicking the Delete button.

The user can also Pause/Resume Auto Send Report and if paused then reports will not be sent automatically anymore till it is again resumed from here.

The Reports can be edited by clicking the Edit button highlighted above.

 
Click the Update button after editing the details.

The List of reports can be exported in Excel/ PDF/Word file by clicking the respective icon.
