The Advance Request has 5 tabs under it.

All the notifications regarding Advances can be viewed here. Notifications can also be viewed from the Bell icon.

The user can create and view their advance requests here. They can also view their status and edit requests.

When the user clicks on the Create New Request button

This is for the manager of a team. There are 3 functionalities in team requests. The manager can create requests on behalf of his team members, view requests of the team members with status and approve the requests from the teammates. The option to “Approve All” requests together is very convenient.

Whenever a team member creates a request it comes under notification of mangers (L1/L2). The L1 and L2 managers have to approve the request.

If the user wants the ability to Approve all Expense Types in one Advance Request ID, then the Approve All button comes into the frame.

The HR/ Admin can view all the requests for Advances of an organization here.

The Accounts Manager can get the notifications for the Advance Requests created and approved by L1 and L2 managers.
