Here are the answers to some common questions that our customers ask for Digital HRMS.

Employee FAQs

Please ensure that your user id and password are entered correctly. If you forgot the password please select the option of forgot password on the Digital HRMS login page.

You can reset the password through the forgot password option on the Digital HRMS login page.

Admin and HR User have the right to change the name and date of birth. You can request the Admin/HR authorities for changing the name or date of birth with some documents as proof.

After logging in, you can click on the Leave and Attendance Module of the Digital HRMS, if there is an alert to raise AR, go to the “Attendance Regulation” Tab. Here, you can raise an Attendance Regularization request for an incorrect attendance record in either of the two types i.e., Day-based & Time-based.

With the save option you can enter comments and make revisions till the deadline provide by HR or the Manager. Once you submit the button you won’t able to revise it.

Comments are mostly configurable for users. Both Employees and Managers can edit the comments.

Complaints, Requests, Business Cards, Vouchers, and Suggestions are given as various options in Digital HRMS’s Employee Self-Service Module.

After Logging in to the Digital HRMS, in the Leave and Attendance Module select the “Leave” tab and apply for the desired eligible leave, or in AR (Attendance Regularisation) tab you can apply AR (Attendance Regularisation).

Yes, you get notified through email and you can also view and track the status of the Leave or Attendance Regularisation request by visiting the Leave and Attendance Module in the Digital HRMS after logging in.

After logging in to the Digital HRMS, by clicking the My Details Module followed by clicking the “Employment Details” Tab, where you can see your previous employment/experience in the “Past Employment Details” Section.

After logging in to the Digital HRMS, you can update personal and professional details in the My Details Module after clicking on the “Personal Details” tab.

Yes, you can pull back the attendance regularisation in the “Attendance Regularisation List” of the Leave and Attendance Module from the “Attendance Regularisation” tab.

Employees can check the submitted self-assessment form in the Performance Assessment Module.

The manager can request to HR for mapping that employee with his business unit and set the Functional/Reporting Manager in the HRMS.

Manager FAQs

Yes, Digital HRMS has a Calendar View and it shows who’s absent and when in Team Calendar on the Home Page. The user may see all of the absentees on the Team Attendance Card on Home Page.

Yes, you can raise the expense request on behalf of your team members through the Expense and Reimbursement Module.

Yes, you can suggest any suitable training for your team members in Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Digital HRMS → LMS → Trainings → Suggested Trainings.

*Note - The Manager can also suggest required trainings during the appraisal of the employee through the submitted appraisal form.

You can approve leave requests in the “Notification” tab of the Leave and Attendance Module of the Digital HRMS after being logged in or through the notification “Bell Icon”. Click “For Me” to view the leave requests of your team and “Approve” the requests.

After signing in to the Digital HRMS, click on the Recruitment Module, here you can create an RRS slip (Resource Requisition Slip) and submit it for hiring resources.

The manager can raise or cancel expense requests in the Expense & Reimbursement Module. The manager user can click on the “Expense Request” Tab and click “Team Requests” and then raise by clicking the “Create New Request”. They can cancel teams’ expense requests by clicking the “View” button of the request and then clicking the cross button to reject and for rejection comments are mandatory.

Setting up and getting started with the Digital HRMS platform is a smooth and hassle-free process and our team ensures that the platform is set up as per your requirements.

Yes, there are different access rights for multiple admins. For example, the Admin Configuration module allows you to have a Super Admin login which has Master Access to the entire platform and its data. The Admin login comes next to the Super Admin in terms of access rights and your organization can choose to have more than 1 Admin.

Yes, Digital HRMS is a cloud-based and On-Premises HR software platform that you can host on your own servers.

Currently, the Digital HRMS platform supports only the English language.

Yes, you can set up a hyperlink to the Digital HRMS application on your website.

Yes, Digital HRMS supports part-way joining through an annual leave year with the use of pro-data calculations.

Yes, Digital HRMS supports bulk upload of employee details. The “Employee Bulk Update” tab under Employee Management Module allows the HR/Admin to upload information of multiple employees in one go to help you save time.

Yes, you can customize Dashboard by using a preference card in the Digital HRMS.

If you are an Admin User or HR User in the Admin Configuration of Setup Master you can add a skill category.

You can add nodes to Business Unit in Admin Configuration through the “Create Organization Structure: option in the “Organization Setup” Tab.

If the employee has pending activities remaining, the HR User will not be able to deactivate the resigned employee.

You can add post-test feedback questions through the “Questionnaire Option Setup” Tab in Admin Configuration Module.

You can add “Work Item Type” through the “Setup Master” tab in Timeport Module.

Yes, Digital HRMS can be integrated with 3rd party payroll system for payroll management.

There is 9 to 7 PM IST support available and it takes anywhere between 24 to 48 hours to resolve an issue

Yes, Digital HRMS supports Single Sign On (SSO) through its integration with Microsoft 365. This enables users to login into the platform with a single click. The platform also offers the provision to use a separate set of login credentials to login into the platform.
