  • Advanced Filters in All Tabs, ensuring faster data sorting and retrieval across expense modules.

Advances Module:

  • Advance Request Creation and Editing - modify advance requests seamlessly through the mobile app.

2. Enhancement in Recruitment & HRMS Licenses

The enhancements are for improving recruitment efficiency and administrative oversight.

  • Candidate TAT Calculation from Sourcing Date – ensuring more accurate and transparent turnaround time tracking within the recruitment workflow.
  • Introduction of a New “HRMS Licenses” Sub-Module – available exclusively to Super Admins, providing secure and direct control without dependency on access rights management.

3. Enhancement in Performance Management System (PMS)

The PMS enhancement introduces an extensive range of upgrades centered around the Post Assessment Salary Recommendation process, enhancing both configurability and control.

  • Partial form copying for approvers are now allowed for saving time.
  • Configurable salary revision inputs linked to performance rating scales.
  • Inline editing and auto-calculation in recommendation grids.
  • Bulk salary updates via Excel upload.
  • Multi-level recommendation workflows and final HR review functionality.
  • Enhanced 9 Box Grid visualization and popup features for better data insights.
  • Automated email notifications for the salary recommendation workflow.

4. Enhancement in Separation Module

The Separation Sprint enhancement introduces enhancements focused on improving flexibility, accuracy, and visibility in employee exit workflows.

  • Ability for approvers to put clearance activities on hold.
  • Highlighting of overdue clearance activities for proactive management.
  • Support for backdated resignation and termination dates as per admin-defined limits.
  • Clickable employee ID and name for quick access to resignation and termination details.
  • Improved resignation pullback logic for accurate visibility control.

5. Enhancement in Travel Module

The workflow of travel module was improved for better functioning.

  • The changes in any Travel Request will be depicted to the user through the Notifications.
  • The Drafts of the Travel Requests also will be saved and accessed through notifications.

6. Enhancement in Employee Dashboard

Employee Dashboard gives access to the employee data for the user.

  • There are Metric cards with information about the employees which is now very helpful for the user.
  • On clicking the particular cards, the details are visible and can view various charts for the employees.
