Digital HRMS, a comprehensive Human Resource Management System provider, successfully conducted an interactive HRMS Workshop at PIPIN Fashions and Retail Pvt. Ltd., aimed at strengthening HR technology adoption and enabling teams to make more effective use of the HRMS platform.

The workshop brought together representatives from the HR and Admin teams, employees, and managers for an engaging and practical learning experience. The initiative was designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the HRMS application, introduce them to newly launched features, and address their queries through real-time interaction.

The workshop covered several key areas, including live application demonstrations, insights into the latest HRMS features, hands-on exploration of self-service portals, interactive Q&A sessions, and real-time query resolution. Dedicated sessions were conducted for Employees and Managers as well as the HR and Admin team, allowing participants to explore functionalities relevant to their respective roles.
