Digital HRMS successfully conducted an interactive HRMS Workshop at 4C Drug Pharma Solutions, aimed at enhancing users’ understanding of the HRMS application and enabling teams to make more effective use of its features and self-service capabilities.

The workshop was conducted in two dedicated sessions, with one session covering Employees and Managers and another focusing on the HR & Admin Team. The sessions provided participants with practical exposure to the HRMS platform through live application demonstrations, feature walkthroughs, hands-on exploration, and interactive discussions.

Key areas covered during the workshop included:

The workshop was conducted by Nannam Sekhar (T/DG), with active participation from the HR & Admin team and HR representatives from the client site, including Louis and the HR team.
