Digital HRMS successfully conducted an interactive HRMS Workshop at PRHUB Integrated Marketing Communication Pvt Ltd, aimed at enhancing users’ understanding of the HRMS application, introducing the latest features, and enabling effective utilization of digital HR solutions.

The workshop brought together Employees, Managers, the HR & Admin team, and HR representatives from the client site, including Sonam, Sudhakar, and Emily. The session was conducted by Nannam Sekhar (T/DG).

The workshop focused on providing participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience of the HRMS application. Key areas covered during the session included insights into the latest HRMS features, live application demonstrations, hands-on exploration of self-service portals, interactive Q&A sessions, and real-time resolution of user queries.

To address the requirements of different user groups, two dedicated sessions were conducted, one for Employees and Managers and another for the HR & Admin team. The sessions provided participants with an opportunity to explore the application, understand its functionalities, and clarify queries through direct interaction with the facilitator.

The workshop was designed to strengthen HRMS adoption and improve the overall user experience by helping participants understand the system’s capabilities and apply them effectively in their day-to-day HR processes.

Through practical demonstrations and interactive discussions, Digital HRMS reinforced its focus on enabling organizations to embrace technology-driven HR processes and maximize the value of their HRMS platform. The successful completion of the workshop reflects the importance of continuous learning, user engagement, and hands-on enablement in driving effective digital HR transformation.
